Salary: £24,000 p/a

The Opportunity
This position is an exciting opportunity for an individual looking to progress and learn new skills. This role will involve being part of an enthusiastic, energetic team, in a busy office, where no day will be the same. My client is looking for a highly organised and extremely personable Account Manager who will contribute and uphold the company’s reputation in delivering the best customer service.
Reporting to the Department Manager, this role sits in the Waste Management department. Managing current customer accounts and increasing sales opportunities with them. The successful candidate will be a part of a family-feel team or a fantastic journey of success in the sector.

Responsibilities of Account Manager:
- To develop and maintain relationships with key accounts
- Overcome and manage any issues or queries that occur whilst keeping customers informed of progress
- Liaise with all members of the Division
- Assist with information processing for tenders
- Collate monthly performance figures for the Skip Hire Division
- Responding to enquiries

- Impeccable telephone manner and communication skills
- Ability to work in a busy environment
- Eager to learn and progress
- Excellent IT and computer skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Attention to details
