Internal Sales – German Speaking
Location: Chepstow (remote with 1 day in the office)
Position: Full time, Permanent
Salary: £26,000 + Bonus + Benefits

The opportunity
Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join their creative and successful Sales team. This could offer an ideal opportunity for a talented individual who would like to progress in a career through the medium of the German language. This role can be based remotely, with occasional travel into the Chepstow office. Also, my client are giving the opportunity to travel to Germany.
Working with company processes and policies, as well as industry standards, the successful candidate will converse with customers, providing the best possible service.

Responsibilities of Internal Sales:
- Building and maintaining great relationships
- Responding to and processing customer leads, opportunities, enquiries, queries, quotations and orders
- Provision of English and German speaking remote technical support – by telephone and email
- Liaising with Germany based Regional Sales Manager regarding leads, opportunities, product demonstrations, technical support and development
- Working as part of a wider Customer service and Inside Sales team focused on improving customers experience and driving sales
The ideal candidate:
- Preferred experience within a Customer Service or Sales role
- Presentable person with a willingness to learn and develop
- Impeccable telephone manners
- Ability to converse fluently and confidently in German and English
- Great IT skills, including with the use of Microsoft software’s
