Autograph Recruitment (Accountancy and Finance)
We are looking to recruit a full time Accounts Assistant for a small yet successful firm of accountants based in Gloucester. The role will include monthly and quarterly bookkeeping and payroll together with other ad hoc duties: Production of management accounts. Bank reconciliations. Preparation and submission of VAT returns. Preparation of monthly payroll. The role is varied and requires someone with current or previous experience of working in a practice. Experience of Sage Line 50, Xero, Payroll Manager, and Excel would be advantageous. However, if not, experience of other leading accounting software is essential. You should be self motivated with the ability to meet regular deadlines. Practice experience is essential.
Working hours are 09.00am - 5.00 Monday - Friday (Flexible working available) 30 minute lunchbreak. Free Carparking . Salary in the region of £22000 - £25,000 per annum dependent on experience.
