Accounts Senior
£30k - £50k + study support if required
We are proud to be partnering with a growing accountancy practice with offices across the UK, supporting SMEs through trusted, local business advice. Our client are looking for an experienced Accounts Senior to manage a varied client portfolio, deliver accurate financial reporting and support junior team members. This is a client-facing role requiring strong technical knowledge, communication skills and practice experience. They are looking for someone with proven experience of working in a UK practice and ideally be ACCA/ACA part/qualified.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client accounts and ensure compliance in financial reporting
- Prepare year-end accounts, tax computations, VAT returns and other filings
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Mentor junior team members and support their development
- Improve internal processes to drive efficiency
- Handle client queries and deliver clear, actionable advice
