Hereford - Accounts Senior

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Accounts Senior to join a growing and highly regarded accountancy practice based in Herefordshire.

This role offers far more than just accounts production. As an Accounts Senior, you'll have the opportunity to take ownership of your work, and have clear long-term career progression.

Working with a varied portfolio of clients, as an Accounts Senior, you’ll play a key role in building strong relationships, supporting businesses with their financial needs, and becoming a trusted advisor to your clients.

Role and duties of an Accounts Senior:

• Preparing financial statements and client management accounts
• Completing associated tax computations
• working closely with directors to support clients
• Supporting and mentoring juniors
• Working closely with business owners across a range of sectors

The successful Accounts Senior will be:

• ACA or ACCA qualified
• Experienced within accountancy practice
• Strong experience within accountancy softwares such as Xero, Quickbooks
• Confident managing client relationships
• Organised, proactive and commercially minded
• Self Motivated and keen to progress within a growing firm
