Autograph Recruitment are representing a well-established, family-owned environmental and construction business based in South Wales. The company delivers fully integrated services across demolition, remediation, construction, and resource management, with sustainability at the heart of everything they do.
As a Workshop Administrator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administrative tasks that keep the workshop functioning efficiently. You’ll work closely with technicians, management, and internal customers to support scheduling, reporting, and stock control, ensuring a seamless workflow from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate workshop bookings and job scheduling
- Maintain accurate records of job cards, service reports, and customer communications
- Order parts and manage stock levels in collaboration with the workshop manager
- Prepare and issue invoices, purchase orders, and delivery notes
- Support health and safety compliance by managing relevant documentation
- Provide excellent customer service by handling queries professionally and promptly
- Assist with internal reporting and administrative projects as required
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar administrative or coordination role (workshop or technical environment preferred)
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or workshop management systems
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- A proactive and problem-solving attitude
