Our client, one of South Wales' most respected and long-established independent accountancy and financial services firms, is now recruiting for an Administrator to join their growing Financial Planning team based at Cardiff Gate.
You will play a key role in supporting Financial Advisers and ensuring the smooth delivery of a high-quality service to clients. This is a varied and fast-paced position that would suit an organised and detail-oriented individual with administration previous experience within a professional services environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to Financial Advisers
- Preparing client documentation, reports and meeting packs
- Processing new business applications and maintaining accurate client records
- Liaising with providers, clients and third parties to obtain information and progress cases
- Managing correspondence and handling client queries in a professional manner
- Supporting the ongoing review process and ensuring compliance requirements are met
- Maintaining CRM systems and ensuring data accuracy
About You
- Previous experience in a professional or financial services administration role
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a professional and client-focused approach
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Financial services qualifications would be advantageous but are not essential
