The Opportunity
This position is an exciting opportunity for an individual looking to step up their career. This role will involve being part of an enthusiastic, energetic team, in a busy office, where no day will be the same. My client is looking for a highly organised and extremely personable administrator who will contribute and uphold the company’s reputation in delivering the best of customer service.
Reporting to the Department Manager, this role sits in the Skip Hire Management department. Assisting with bookings, scheduling, and ensuring consistent customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will be a part of a family-feel team or a fantastic journey of success in the sector.

Responsibilities of Administrator:
- Book company equipment following company processes and procedures
- Scheduling hire works and keeping the systems up to date
- Reconciliation of locations of plant hire
- Scheduling equipment servicing with the appropriate teams
- Responding to enquiries
- Preparing and issuing quotations for plant hire
- Reporting breakdowns and liaising with the appropriate support teams
- Investigate any problems or issues in department
- Management of the departments purchase ledger
- Maintaining updates files of compliance and any other general filing and admin duties
