Salary: Up to £26,000 p/a

The Opportunity

My client is looking for a highly organised and extremely personable administrator who will contribute and uphold the companies reputation in delivering the best of customer services.
Plant Hire Administrator is a vital role for my client, scheduling, and coordinating company equipment to deadlines, ensuring consistent customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will be a part of a family-feel team or a fantastic journey of success in the sector.

Responsibilities of Plant Hire Administrator:
- Invoice and take payments from clients
- Ensure all relevant insurances and vehicle documents are in place and kept updated
- Conduct return to work interviews with staff when required
- Liaise with the finance department regarding Credit Control and Purchase Ledgers
- Taking messages and helping respond to customer enquiries
- Assist the Plant Hire Manager with all Plant Hire administration duties
- Reconciliation of locations of plant hire
- Scheduling equipment servicing with the appropriate teams
- Reporting breakdowns and liaising with the appropriate support teams
- Investigate any problems or issues in the department
- Maintaining updated files of compliance and any other general filing and admin duties
The Ideal Candidate:
- Extensive background in another heavy administration role
- Ability to work in a busy environment to meet deadlines
- Excellent IT and computer skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Attention to detail
- Impeccable telephone manner and communication skills
