We're looking for a talented Associate Director to work for our client.
They want to recruit someone with demonstrable experience of managing a variety clients, including commercial, sole traders, partnerships and ltd companies.

The Role:
Reporting to the Partner and based in the company's Devon office, as the Associate Director you will be responsible for leading a team of all levels, from trainee to manager. You will be responsible for the success of the department, while managing client relationships, winning work and developing your team. You will be able to work closely with your clients to understand their business needs and ensure they are provided with a personal and tailored service for both day to day compliance and advisory aspects by both you and the team you lead.
The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this Associate Director role will have relevant experience of managing a variety clients, including commercial, sole traders, partnerships and ltd companies.
You'll also need experience of managing a portfolio with a fee block of around £300k - £400k.
Plus, it's vital that you've got experience of managing a team.
In addition, you must be ACA/ACCA qualified.
