Location: South Wales area (Remote working available)
Position: Full time, Permanent
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 + commission & car allowance

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join a thriving logistics company. As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, developing, and nurturing new business opportunities.
Responsibilities of Business Development Manager:
- Generate new leads and qualify prospects
- Develop and execute sales strategies
- Build relationships with customers and close deals
- Conduct research and maintain details knowledge of customer base and leads
- Negotiate prices to ensure profitability and competitivity
- Track and report on sales performance
- Develop deep understandings of customer needs and solutions
- Create customised proposals and giving valuable feedback to the team
The ideal candidate:
- Must have B2B logistics sales experience
- Knowledge of using LinkedIn as a sales tool
- Evident successful sales background
- Creative and proactive with their sales strategy
- Demonstration of a desire to succeed, determination and self-motivation
- Strong negotiation skills
- Impeccable customer service and communication skills
