Autograph Recruitment are working with a specialist Civil Engineering Contractor in North Wales who are looking to appoint an experienced Buyer to join their team. The company are about to embark on a fantastic £250 Million Civil Engineering project in North Wales and they need a Buyer to coordinate and identify suppliers, materials and new products.
This Tier 1 contractor is national business with a turnover of over £1 Billion delivering on projects been delivering projects over the last 30 years to include Highways, Tunnelling, structures, Rail, Utilities and Environmental projects across the UK and Europe. The business is very successful and has a great reputation and whilst being involved in major projects. joint ventures and frameworks up to the value of £500 Million they have also secured several new projects which has resulted in them looking to expand their teams across the region.

As an ideal candidate you will have:
- Identify & procure new suppliers & assess sub-contractors
- Keep records and maintain work schedules & deliveries
- Experience of liaising with pre-construction team
- Excellent negotiation & communication skills
- local knowledge of suppliers (beneficial)
- CIPS qualification (beneficial)
