Client Manager
Location: Bradford-Upon-Avon, Wiltshire
Salary: Up to £60,000

The practice has grown steadily through reputation and client relationships, and they’re now looking for someone who can become a key part of that next stage. Someone who enjoys talking to clients, spotting opportunities to help, and supporting junior staff as they find their feet in the industry.
You’ll have your own portfolio, plenty of autonomy, and the chance to genuinely influence how things are done as the business continues to evolve.
What the role of a Client Manager actually looks like
You’ll be:
- Looking after a portfolio of owner-managed businesses and clients across different sectors
- Reviewing accounts, tax returns, and financial information with a high level of accuracy
- Acting as the person clients call when they need advice, reassurance, or answers
- Helping junior staff develop confidence and technical ability
- Getting involved in improving processes as the firm grows
- Building long-term relationships instead of just completing yearly tasks

You might already be working as a Client Manager, or perhaps you’re a Senior Accountant who’s ready for more responsibility and more client exposure.
Either way, you’ll likely have:
- Experience working within an accountancy practice
- ACA or ACCA qualification, or be working towards it
- Confidence reviewing work and supporting junior team members
- Strong communication skills and a personable approach
- A mindset that’s collaborative, practical, and commercially aware
