Commercial Assistant

My client is seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic and dynamic Commercial Assistant to join their
team. This role will consist of numerous administration tasks and the candidate must be able to
demonstrate exemplary communication experience. The candidate will primarily support the
Commercial Director, Buyer and Surveyors.
My client is a bespoke house builder who have grown and established themselves as one of the most
recognisable and successful construction companies in the Cotswolds and surrounding areas. They
specialise in incorporating American and European Oaks into their bespoke 1 off homes as well as their
larger multiple plot sites.
Responsibilities:
• Day to day administration
• Assist in analysing cost prints
• Producing and placing orders
• Keeping records of documents
• Liaison with the accounts department
• Diary Management
• Communication with Supply Chain
• Taking messages and dealing with enquiries
Experience Required:
The successful Commercial Assistant must have the following skills and experience:
• Previous experience in a similar role required.
• Knowledge and understanding of Construction is desirable.
• Ability to build strong working relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent in Microsoft Office.
