Are you a highly organised, proactive individual who is comfortable working autonomously and taking ownership of your workload?
In this role, you will need to be confident managing documentation, maintaining accurate electronic records, and comfortable liaising with third-party suppliers to support day-to-day operations.
Our client is a growing, family-owned environmental and construction business based in South Wales. They deliver fully integrated services across demolition, remediation, construction, and resource management, with sustainability at the heart of everything they do.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in fast-paced office, can demonstrate strong attention to detail, and bring a confident, resilient approach with the ability to prioritise effectively and work independently.
Key Responsibilities for Project Administrator:
- Manage supplier relationships, including reviewing quotations, overseeing transitions, and driving cost-saving initiatives through analysis and negotiation.
- Procure IT equipment and manage contracts, licences, and asset inventories across systems and departments.
- Collect, analyse, and present data to produce clear reports for Directors and the Senior Management Team, supporting informed strategic decisions.
- Review and approve invoices, monitor spend, identify areas of overspend, and prepare cost estimates and analysis ahead of budget planning.
- Maintain user databases and spreadsheets, support ad-hoc projects, and provide administrative support to senior staff as required
