Asbestos Contracts Manager
Location: Caerphilly
Position: Full Time, Permanent
Salary: £45,000 DOE + Package

My well established client has a varied customer base in South Wales. Including local authorities, health boards, frameworks, private developers and main contractors with a large percentage of their work being repeat business from satisfied customers.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Asbestos Contract Manager to undertake their work and management of an experienced, safe, cost-effective and dependable service of the multi-skilled team of removers to uphold their impeccable reputation.
Responsibilities of Contacts Manager:
- Managing a team on highly skilled asbestos removers
- Oversee work and reporting back to the office
- Liaison with clients, site visit for assessment and preparation of quotations
- Maintain the highest standard of service for all clients and maintain a strong working relationship with customers and suppliers at all times
- Preparation of site-specific risk assessments and detailed method statements ensuring compliance.
- Take all reasonable steps to ensure health and safety and welfare at work. Gain an understanding of the Company’s health and safety procedures, observe them and enforce them.
