The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Respond to and process customer enquiries, leads, quotes and orders
- Provide remote technical support via telephone and email
- Work closely with Regional Sales Managers to progress leads and support product demonstrations
- Collaborate with the wider Internal Sales team to enhance the customer support function and drive sales performance
