We're looking for a Client Manager to play a key role in delivering first-class support to clients across the UK. You’ll be handling data, problem solving, and becoming a trusted voice to customers — all while growing your technical skills and progressing within the business.
The successful candidate will be a confident, motivated individual ready to kickstart their career in a supportive, professional environment. This is a perfect opportunity for a recent graduate eager to learn new skills and gain hands-on experience. Or you could have an impressive academic report, but decided university was not the right route for you and you are looking for a career with a business that will invest in you.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Reviewing and processing data using Excel spreadsheets
- Liaising directly with clients and payroll teams
- Supporting the technical helpline via phone and email
- Ensuring accurate processing of payroll data and compliance with HMRC guidelines
- Advising clients on mileage logs and business travel rules
- Maintaining high quality standards by reviewing and validating own work and that of colleagues
- Collaborating with Partners and internal team members

- Are comfortable with numbers and problem-solving
- Know your way around Microsoft Office, especially Excel (full training provided)
