HR & Payroll Administrator
Location: North Bristol
Position: Full Time, Permanent
Salary: Up to £28,000

Autograph Recruitment is always delighted to be working alongside a growing Accountancy Practice. We are looking to recruit a dedicated, and highly organised HR & Payroll Administrator. Our client is a well established, award winning family run business based in North Bristol (easy access from A38, M5 and M4) and free car parking.
This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, from managing employee data and payroll processing to supporting HR initiatives. The successful candidate will ideally be CIPD Level 3 qualified, with HR and Payroll experience.
Responsibilities of HR & Payroll Administrator:

- Accurate and timely processing of payroll, including salaries, deductions, and benefits.
- Maintaining payroll records and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
- Responding to employee payroll enquiries and resolving issues.
- Managing employee data, including personal information, employment history, and benefits.
- Assisting with recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding.
- Providing administrative support for HR initiatives, such as performance reviews, training, and employee relations.
- Ensuring compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in HR and payroll administration
- CIPD Level 3 or equivalent qualification
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Proficiency in HR and payroll software
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
