Autograph Recruitment is proud to be working with a successful, independent, business based in Herefordshire with a strong global presence, creating a welcoming and supportive culture where employees are encouraged to grow, develop and feel valued.
They are now looking for a HR Administrator to join their HR team. This role will play a key part in supporting employees being involved in a broad range of HR activities, helping to enhance the employee experience and supporting leaders to create a positive, inclusive and high-performing workplace.
Responsibilities of HR Administrator:
- Support employee attraction, onboarding, retention, and accurate maintenance of employee records.
- Promote employee engagement, well-being, diversity and inclusion through coordination of HR initiatives and day-to-day support.
- Support performance management and a high-performance culture through goal setting, reviews, and tracking of outcomes.
- Assist with talent planning, succession, and development of managers through training coordination and progress monitoring.
- Support organisational development and change by coordinating communications, documentation, and implementation of new HR processes
Ideal candidate:
- Basic understanding of HR principles, policies, and employment practices.
- Strong focus on commercial and business outcomes, with the ability to align HR support to organisational goals.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment with a flexible and agile approach.
- Experience handling employee complaints, grievances, and escalation processes with professionalism and discretion.
- Confidence to positively challenge, influence, and support leaders in people-related decisions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
