Logistics Administrator – Immediate Start
Location: Coleford
Position: Full time, Fixed Term Contract (3 Months)
Salary: Competitive rate -TBC

We are looking for a Logistics Administrator to be based in Coleford, initially on a 3 Month FTC.
Responsibilities of Logistics Administrator:
- Assisting with the smooth running of timely despatch of customer orders
- Oversee stock levels, regular stock count and ordering replacements / replenishments
- Report and maintain performances, including monitoring KPI’s and holding review meetings
- Approve appropriate purchase orders and invoices
- Assisting with international shipments and being responsible for shipping and delivery
- Updating global shipping procedures and documentations
- Ensure all outgoing deliveries are timely and including all required documentation for customers
- Provide monthly customer reports regarding status and movements of international logistics activities
- Maintaining accuracy in log book and files
The Ideal Candidate:
- Prior experience in an international logistics or export role
- Manage time and workload effectively and efficiently
- Proficient across Microsoft platforms and IT literate
- Ability to multi task and work within fast-paced environments to deadlines
- Self-motivated, able to work as part of a team as well as on own initiative
- Experience with SAP or ERP systems
