Marketing Administrator
Location: Chepstow
Position: Part time, Permanent (24-30 hours)
Salary: Up to £34,000 pro rata

The Opportunity
This position is an exciting opportunity for an individual looking for a part-time marketing role. This role will involve being part of an enthusiastic, friendly team. Assisting the Marketing Manager, this position is to market my client’s branding, as well as provide admin support to the wider team.
My client is looking for a creative individual, who has the ability to multitask and manage the company’s communications. The successful candidate will have experience in a previous marketing role, preferably within manufacturing. As well as having a good level of creative content writing and editing.
Responsibilities of Marketing Assistant:
- Researching new marketing channels and create new ideas to promote products to new and existing customers
- Creating internal presentations, editing and proofing documents, supporting research and analytical tasks
- Assisting in the planning and preparation of internal company events
- Using Adobe Software (Photoshop and Illustrator) to create marketing material and social media posts
- Using Microsoft Office to create presentations and write documents
- Keep documents, templates, and content up to date, ensuring they are correctly administrated and shared across the team
- Assisting the Marketing Manager in identifying the company brand
- Generating marketing reports
The Ideal Candidate:
- Proficient across Microsoft and Adobe channels
- Creative and an interest in Art
- Experience in Social Media management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to pick up adhoc tasks
- Working to deadlines efficiently, with high attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team as well as on own initiative
