Are you an Office Manager looking for your next long term career move? Autograph Recruitment are working with a legal firm looking for a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to join their busy practice in Cardiff City Centre. This is a key role for the business; responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the office and supporting the legal team in delivering an exceptional client experience.
As Office Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations, manage administrative, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies. This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with experience within a professional services environment, who enjoys working in a fast-paced and client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities of Office Manager:
- Manage the daily running of the office, including facilities and supplies.
- Support administrative and legal support staff.
- Ensure the efficient operation of office systems, procedures, and databases.
- Oversee document and file management in line with legal compliance requirements.
- Liaise with external suppliers, IT support, and service providers.
- Manage diaries, meeting schedules, and office communications.
- Assist with HR functions such as staff records.
- Support financial administration, including invoicing / card payments, payroll coordination, and budgeting.
- Supporting Swansea office, with occasional visits
The ideal candidate…
- Will have proven experience in office management, ideally within a legal, professional or regulated services environment.
- Is very personal, and professional with a natural leadership and team coordination skill.
- Highly organised, articulate, with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with legal case management software or CRM systems.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
