Operations and L&D Administrator
Location: Cardiff – own transport due to location
Salary: £30,000
Type: Full-time / Permanent
We’re looking for a highly organised Operations / Learning & Development Administrator to support the delivery of training and development and operational support across a dynamic Organisation.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate training sessions, bookings, and materials
- Maintain accurate training records and databases
- Liaise with internal teams and departments
- Assist with reporting, compliance tracking, and general admin duties
What we're looking for:
- Previous admin experience (L&D or Coordination role) ideal)
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident with Microsoft Office and managing diaries
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
