    Operations Administrator - Cardiff

    Operations and L&D Administrator
    Location: Cardiff – own transport due to location
    Salary: £30,000
    Type: Full-time / Permanent

    We’re looking for a highly organised Operations / Learning & Development  Administrator to support the delivery of training and development and operational support across a dynamic Organisation.

     

    Key responsibilities:

    • Coordinate training sessions, bookings, and materials
    • Maintain accurate training records and databases
    • Liaise with internal teams and departments
    • Assist with reporting, compliance tracking, and general admin duties

     

    What we're looking for:

    • Previous admin experience (L&D or Coordination role) ideal)
    • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
    • Confident with Microsoft Office and managing diaries
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills
