Location: Swindon, Wiltshire
Position: Full time, Permanent
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 DOE

We have an excellent opportunity for an ambitious, self-driven individual to join our modern, progressive ground-breaking company as a Paralegal.

Once you join the business it is expected that you will quickly play a valuable part in contributing to the high-quality service provided to clients and other third parties. This will include conveyancing matters to complicated bespoke legal issues.
The role also involves provision of general legal advice to all business areas seeking to ensure compliance with legal, operational, and regulatory frameworks and requirements.
The role will provide full exposure to and direct involvement with the full range of conveyancing & amp; Probate services, estate planning and asset management through a varied and interesting caseload.
The ideal candidate profile:
Applicants will ideally be legally qualified (law degree, GDL or similar) or prepared to pursue an
appropriate legal qualification.
Applications will be welcome from a broad field including
paralegals, legal executives and other legal backgrounds.
Experience in conveyancing services
would be advantageous, but not essential.
The successful candidate will have commercial awareness and be able to demonstrate the
ability to develop new business and build up connections.

To provide a comprehensive and professional support service to the senior legal team to ensure proactive and timely service provision across the full range of legal matters, with emphasis on effective and customer focused processing of conveyancing issues and bespoke legal matters.
The role involves a consistently high standard of professional practice and will include fee earning responsibilities
