Autograph Recruitment is delighted to be working with a very well-established Accountancy Practice based in Newport. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Payroll Administrator to join their team.
This would make a great opportunity for a graduate looking to kickstart a career, or an Administrator looking for a career change.

Responsibilities:
- Support the payroll team in preparing and processing employee payroll accurately and on time
- Processing data accurately whilst using complex excel spreadsheets and internal systems
- Assist in ensuring payroll procedures comply with company policies, tax laws, and government regulations
- Support with updating and maintaining payroll-related information such as salaries, bonuses, tax details, and deductions
- Providing customer service and technical support to develop relationships with clients
- Liaise with clients and other departments regularly, to ensure payroll is processed accurately
You:
- Ideally, you will be a graduate eager to learn new skills and gain experiences. Alternatively, an enthusiastic individual with an impressive education, and proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service.
- You must be able to work well under pressure, to deadlines within a fast-paced environment
- You have a strong proficiency across Microsoft Office platforms, including Excel. Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
- You will thrive when building effective relationships with clients, and throughout the business.
