Job: Payroll Manager
Location: Cardiff – Office Based (35 hours per week)
Salary: Dependent on experience and qualifications
We are looking for an experienced Payroll Manager to lead and deliver a high-quality payroll service for a varied client portfolio.
The role includes:

Processing weekly, fortnightly, four-weekly, and monthly payrolls

Managing HMRC submissions, CIS returns, pensions, and BACS payments

Completing year-end payroll duties accurately and on time
-
Supporting and communicating with clients professionally
-
Ensuring compliance with payroll legislation and deadlines

Assisting with the development and continuous improvement of the payroll service

Supporting colleagues and the wider firm when required
The person:
-
Experienced within an accountancy practice or payroll bureau
-
Strong knowledge of Moneysoft, Sage, Xero, and Microsoft Office
-
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
-
Confident communicator who works well independently and within a team
-
Able to manage deadlines and maintain confidentiality
