Quantity Surveyor

I am delighted to be working with a national consultancy firm with offices in Bristol and London to recruit for a quantity surveyor. The role is due to increase in workload following several recent commissions. My client are a multi-disciplinary property consultancy, development and engineering company. They have extensive projects across the residential, student, healthcare, commercial, hotel, retail and infrastructure sectors.
Requirements:
- RICS Qualified.
- Ideally 2/3 years’ experience.
- BSc/BEng/HNC or relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or equivalent experience.
- Experience/knowledge of residential and student accommodation sectors.
- Risk Assessments/ECI/CVR experience.
- Construction background.
