The Opportunity
They are looking for a Receptionist / Administrator to join their friendly team. This is a great opportunity to work for a growing business, and get involved, and learn a range of aspects within the business.
You will be responsible for responding to enquiries quickly and professionally. This will include getting involved in HR, Recruitment, Accounting and Marketing duties. You will manage pre-arranged appointments, meeting and greeting customers as well as managing any walk ins to the site.
The successful candidate will have strong customer service skills both on the phone and face to face, as well as strong administration experience. You must also have good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
You will be able to work autonomously in a dynamic, busy environment, providing first class customer service.
