We are looking for "the one" to join team Autograph for the long term. The successful candidate will be a motivated, enthusiastic individual, with our values, and the drive to succeed.
Responsibilities of Administrator:
- Inputting and maintaining detailed, relevant and detailed data to the database, maintaining the database accurately
- Registering and qualifying new candidates, discussing their requirements
- Respond to incoming enquiries via telephone, email and social media
- Writing alluring candidate profiles, accurate CV’s and job adverts
- Providing CV and application support to candidates during their job search. Keeping all relevant documentation accurate and dated
- Creating innovative, inventive social media posts, regularly. Implementing new ideas and methods to contribute to the company goals and reputation
- Carry out administrative tasks to support colleagues
- Providing great customer service at all times
The Ideal Candidate:
- Must have high level of education
- Confident in creating and amending word documents and spreadsheets, with the ability to easily grasp new systems
- Enthusiastic with the desire to learn
- Ability to think smart and independently, acting on own initiative
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Thrive in a busy and varied role
- Personable and friendly telephone manner, committed to providing the best customer service
