You’ll be joining a highly regarded Top 20 accountancy practice based in Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Junior or Semi Senior Accountant to become part of a supportive and collaborative team, working closely with a varied client portfolio. Your Role
You’ll work closely with clients and the wider team, supporting the delivery of accountancy and tax services across a broad range of businesses. This is a varied, all-round role involving accounts preparation, VAT returns, bookkeeping, and tax work, while building strong client relationships and ensuring a high level of service is delivered.
What you will need to succeed
- Previous experience working within a UK accountancy practice (essential)
- Minimum AAT Level 4 qualified or equivalent experience
- Experience using Xero (essential)
- Experience preparing VAT returns
- Exposure to accounts preparation and bookkeeping
- Some experience with tax work
- Strong communication skills and ability to build client relationships
- Organised with good attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
- Motivated to continue learning and developing within practice
