Client Manager/ Senior Client Manager
Location: Helston, Cornwall
Salary: £50,000–£55,000
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
The Opportunity
An established accountancy practice in Helston is looking for an experienced Senior/ Client Manager to join its team.
This is a varied role managing a portfolio of clients and overseeing the accounts process from start to finish. You’ll work closely with the Partner, take ownership of client relationships and support the development of the wider team.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review accounts for a varied portfolio of small, medium and large companies.

Prepare personal, corporate and income tax returns.

Manage a portfolio of clients and oversee their accounting requirements.

Take ownership of client relationships, attend meetings and act as a key point of contact.

Support the Partner with day-to-day responsibilities.

Ensure client deadlines and internal budgets are met.

Maintain a high standard of quality across all work produced.

Provide feedback, guidance and support to develop team members.
About You
-
ACA or ACCA qualified, or qualified by experience.

Experience managing a portfolio of clients within an accountancy practice.

Strong technical knowledge of accounts preparation and tax.

Experience with FRS 105, FRS 102 and FRS 102A.

Familiarity with CCH, Sage, QuickBooks Online and Xero would be beneficial.

Organised and able to manage competing deadlines.

Confident building client relationships and supporting colleagues.
