Autograph Recruitment is looking for a Senior Customer Service Executive to join our client’s team in Hereford.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong customer service background who enjoys building relationships, taking ownership of queries and supporting colleagues. You’ll be confident handling more complex enquiries, keeping customers informed and making sure nothing gets missed.
What will you be doing?
- Acting as a key point of contact for customers, providing professional, friendly support.
- Managing enquiries by telephone and email, following them through to resolution.
- Handling complaints and escalations with a calm, practical approach.
- Working closely with other departments to resolve issues and keep customers updated.
- Maintaining accurate customer records and processing information.
- Supporting colleagues with day-to-day queries and sharing your experience.
- Identifying ways to improve processes and the customer experience.
What are we looking for?
- You’ll have previous experience in customer service, account support or a similar customer-facing role, and be ready to bring that experience into a senior position.
- A clear, confident communicator who builds relationships easily.
- Organised and comfortable managing competing priorities.
- Someone who takes ownership and follows through on commitments.
- Confident handling challenging conversations and finding solutions.
- Comfortable using customer management systems and Microsoft Office.
