Autograph Recruitment are working with a Tier 1 Civil Engineering contractor in Hampshire who are looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to join their Commercial team. The company who are regional and have been trading for over 50 years years years and are well established across the Hampshire Region specialising in Civil Engineering, Rail, Utilities, and groundworks. The company are about to embark on a £70M project in Hampshire and they are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor who will be responsible for pre & post contract work, this will include sub contractor management, CVR reports, progress reports based on site in Hampshire.
In this role you will be working autonomously but you will also have the support from a well-established team as and they offer continual development career progression.
As an ideal candidate you will have:
- BSc or relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying
- Highways/Civil Engineering Experience
- Tier 1 experience (not essential)
- Worked closely with pre-construction team
- NEC contract experience
- Knowledge of Procuring local contractors
- Pre & Post Contract knowledge
- Worked on projects up to the value of £30M.
- Site experience
