Are you looking to develop your career within tax and join a successful, supportive accountancy practice?
You will be joining an established tax team, supporting a varied portfolio of clients and gaining hands-on experience across a broad range of tax compliance work. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least 1 year of UK accountancy practice experience who is keen to build their technical knowledge and progress within tax.
You will be:

Preparing self-assessment and corporation tax returns
-
Assisting with the preparation and submission of tax returns
-
Liaising with clients and HMRC to obtain information and resolve queries
-
Supporting the management of a portfolio of clients
-
Reviewing and processing client information
-
Preparing client and HMRC correspondence
-
Assisting with client registrations and general tax administration
-
Ensuring statutory deadlines are met
-
Keeping up to date with changes in tax legislation
You will have:
-
At least 1 year of experience within a UK accountancy practice

Some previous exposure to tax work
-
A genuine interest in developing a long-term career in tax
-
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills
-
The ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritise workload
-
A proactive, professional and team-focused approach

Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel
