Looking for your next step in tax within accountancy practice?
I’m working with a well-established and growing accountancy practice in Bridgend that is looking to add a Tax Associate to their team.
This is a great opportunity for someone with previous tax experience who wants to build their knowledge, work with a varied client base and develop their career within a supportive practice environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Preparing personal and corporate tax returns
- Assisting with Self-Assessment and Corporation Tax compliance
- Supporting with Capital Gains Tax work and HMRC submissions
- Dealing with client queries and liaising with HMRC
- Assisting with tax planning and advisory work
- Managing deadlines and ensuring work is completed accurately
- Building strong relationships with clients
- Supporting the wider tax team where required
About you:
- Previous tax experience within an accountancy practice
- Good understanding of personal and/or corporate tax
- Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
- Confident communicator with a client-focused approach
- Keen to continue learning and developing
- ATT studying, qualified or keen to pursue a professional tax qualification would be advantageous
