Our Client have a team of specialist tax advisors dedicated to providing expert support to their South Wales clients. This role will be working alongside the existing tax team, who deliver excellent tax planning and advice on specialist matters.
Our client are now recruiting for a Senior Tax Manager to join their impactful, expert team in Cardiff. This is an exciting opportunity to work on some of the most interesting and complex tax projects within the practice.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Manager, your primary focus will include:
- Corporate group structuring, reorganisations, and demergers
- Share schemes and shareholder exits
- Transactional advice, including sales and property structuring
- Family investment companies and inheritance tax planning
- Delivering practical, clear advice to clients while managing projects from start to finish
In this role, you will:
- Work closely with entrepreneurs, owner-managed businesses, and HNWIs
- Serve as a trusted technical expert for clients
- Provide clear and actionable advice through strong analytical and report-writing skills
- Have the opportunity to develop expertise and expand knowledge in key tax areas
What I'm Looking For:
This role is ideal for a qualified tax professional (CTA, ACCA, ACA) with significant experience who is ready to leave the confines of a traditional practice environment.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong technical expertise and a genuine interest in tax advisory
- A proven ability to work directly with clients and see advice through implementation
- Experience managing client relationships and delivering complex projects
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- A collaborative, dependable, and professional approach
