A highly renowned accountancy practice in Salisbury is looking to appoint a Tax Trainee to join their dynamic and expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity you to take the next step in your career within a supportive and ambitious firm.
Key responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for advising clients on tax legislation and compliance with HMRC
- You will be preparing and finalising company and personal tax returns
- Supporting tax planning and consultancy projects
- You will be ensuring deadlines and firm procedures are met
- This role involves communicating with clients
- Assisting team members with professional tasks
The ideal candidate will be:
- ATT Qualified
- 2-3 years’ experience in an accounting practice
- Interact well with clients and other staff members
- Strong mathematical and administrative skills
- Good communication skills are essential, both verbal and written
- Ideally have experience of working with Xero Accounting Software
