Position: Full time, Permanent
Salary: £26,000 p/a

They take pride in ensuring their products offer high-performance solutions and exceed many industry standards. Our client is now looking for an enthusiastic Team Leader.
The Opportunity:
This is a great local opportunity for an individual that is committed to delivering the best of service. Taking pride in their work, with attention to detail. This individual will have great leadership skills, promoting a productive working environment, in order to exceed KPI’s.
Responsibilities of Team Leader:
- Oversee day to day functions on the shop floor
- Ensure targets and KPIs are hit and exceeded
- Monitor the production and performance of the team
- Producing regular reports and progress updates
- Coaching and contributing to the training of the team
- Ensuring products are to the highest standard and maintaining the company’s reputation
- Leading by example, promoting a great working environment
- Working in line with company policies and procedures
- Assisting in the recruitment of the team
- Maintaining a safe and clean operative state
- Monitoring the maintenance and cleaning of equipment
The Ideal Candidate:
- CNC experience
- Strong leadership skills
- Manufacture or production background
- Enthusiastic with a “can do” attitude
- Proficient across Microsoft platforms and computer literate
